Jim completed his undergraduate studies in marketing at John Carroll University in Cleveland, Ohio, and received his MBA in management from Cleveland State University. His eighteen years of banking experience provides him with a well-rounded financial background and experience in organizational planning and marketing skills. Jimīs introduction to real estate came in 1988 when he joined a friend in residential land development to market new, upscale subdivision lots and architectural services to home builders and individuals. After obtaining a real estate license in 1989, Jim began to focus his marketing and management skills on real estate and obtained the distinction of Columbus Board of Realtorīs $1 million club in 1991, $5 million club in 1994, $10 million club in 1998 and $25 million club in 1999. Other designations include: CRS (certified residential specialist - held by less than 5% of Realtors) CRP (certified relocation specialist - held by less than 1% of Realtors) MBA (master in business administration). Other recognitions include Re/Max lifetime achievement award (selling over 1,000 homes), Re/Max 15 years of service.
